Terms of Service (Effective: July 16, 2026)

1. Acceptance of Terms

By downloading, installing, or playing Arrow Escape, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use or access the game.

2. License and Restrictions

Devyro Labs grants you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, and revocable license to use Arrow Escape for personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes.

You strictly agree NOT to:

  • Reverse engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract the source code of the app.
  • Modify, distribute, or create derivative works based on the game or its assets.
  • Use cheats, exploits, automation software, or any unauthorized third-party tools to modify gameplay.

3. Intellectual Property

All rights, title, and interest in Arrow Escape, including but not limited to graphics, user interface, gameplay mechanics, and audio, are the exclusive property of Devyro Labs. These terms do not grant you any ownership rights in the game.

4. Virtual Currency (Coins) and In-App Items

Arrow Escape includes virtual currency referred to as "Coins."

  • Coins hold no real-world monetary value and cannot be exchanged, sold, or transferred for real money or physical goods.
  • You only acquire a limited, revocable license to use these virtual items within the game.
  • We reserve the right to manage, modify, or eliminate virtual currency at our sole discretion without liability.

5. Third-Party Advertisements

The game features third-party advertisements served by Google AdMob. We are not responsible for the content of these ads, the products or services offered within them, or any actions you take based on those advertisements.

6. Disclaimer of Warranties and Limitation of Liability

Arrow Escape is provided on an "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" basis without warranties of any kind. Devyro Labs does not guarantee that the app will be error-free, uninterrupted, or secure. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Devyro Labs shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages (including data loss or device damage) arising from your use of the app.

7. Governing Law

These terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable laws, without regard to its conflict of law principles.
